Honduras Sanda Rosa (Washed)
Bratespresso Honduras Santa Rosa is produced from special Arabica beans grown in the rich volcanic soils of Santa Rosa de Copán, one of the most productive coffee regions in Central America. The high altitude (1300–1600 m) and balanced climate give the coffee a silky body and natural sweetness.
This lot was prepared using the washed processing method. Coffee berries are washed with water, fermented, and then dried in the sun. This method ensures that the coffee has clear acidity and a balanced flavor profile. Notes of honey, red apple, milk chocolate and almonds stand out with every sip.
Bratespresso Honduras Santa Rosa is prepared with a medium roast profile. Thanks to its balance of sweetness, body and acidity, it gives excellent results in both filter and espresso brews. It is ideal for those who like coffee with a soft drink, smooth and sweet finish.
