Ethiopia Idido (Natural)
Bratespresso Ethiopia Idido is produced from select Arabica beans grown in the village of Idido in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, the homeland of coffee. The high altitude (1800–2000 m) and rich volcanic soil give this coffee exceptional aromatic depth and elegant character.
This lot has been prepared using the natural processing method. Coffee berries are dried in the sun along with the pulp, allowing the beans to fully absorb the fruit's natural sugars and aromatic oils. As a result, notes of blueberry, jasmine, red plum and tropical fruit are vividly felt in the cup.
Bratespresso Ethiopia Idido is prepared with a light-medium roast profile. This profile highlights the coffee's floral and fruity texture, providing exceptional balance in V60, Chemex, Aeropress and filter coffee brews. It brings the unique terroir character of Ethiopia to your cup with its silky body, sweet finish and long lasting effect.
