Bratespresso Brazilian Beijaflor is produced from select Arabica beans grown in the high-altitude Cerrado lands of the Minas Gerais region. “Beijaflor” takes its name from the colorful hummingbird that is the symbol of the region; just like its elegance, this coffee stands out with its balanced, soft and sweet character.

This lot has been prepared using the natural processing method. Coffee cherries are sun-dried and fermented along with the fruit pulp; this way the beans retain their sweet fruit essence and are Milk chocolate, hazelnut, caramel and light tropical fruit notes become evident.

Bratespresso Brazilian Beijaflor is prepared with a medium roast profile. Thanks to its balance of sweetness and body, it shows high performance in both filter and espresso brewing. With its low acidity and smooth taste, it is a candidate to become an indispensable part of your daily coffee routine.
