Bratespresso Bratista Espresso Blend is a blend specially designed for espresso lovers looking for a dense body, lasting crema and a balanced taste profile. It is made from the perfect harmony of high-quality Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia, and a small amount of selected Robusta beans. The result: professional espresso quality, strong aroma and a long, sweet finish in every cup.
This blend was prepared with a medium-dark roast profile. This roasting degree gives the coffee distinct notes of cocoa, hazelnut, caramel and brown sugar, while offering low acidity and a thick body. Its cream is dense, its drink is smooth and balanced. It performs excellently in both espresso shots and milk-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, flat white).

For a richer cream and sweeter body, choose a brew temperature of 93°C and a medium-fine grind. When combined with milk, caramel and chocolate tones become more pronounced.
