Guatemala Antigva Pastoral (Washed)
Bratespresso Guatemala Antigua Pastoral is made from special beans grown in the volcanic soil of Antigua, Guatemala's most famous coffee region. Thanks to its high altitude (1500–1800 m) and rich mineral structure, the coffee has both a balanced body and sophisticated aromas.
This lot is prepared by the washed processing method. The harvested ripe fruits are washed with water, fermented and then dried under the sun. This process contributes to the coffee's clear flavor profile, distinct sweetness, and clean finish. Notes of milk chocolate, almonds, orange peel and caramel are felt in every sip.
Bratespresso Guatemala Antigua Pastoral is prepared with a medium roast profile. The balance between sweetness and body gives excellent results, especially in filter coffee, espresso and moka pot brews. It is an ideal option for those who like soft, balanced and aromatic coffee.
