Bratespresso Colombia Monteblanco Nectar is a special micro-lot coffee produced in limited quantities at the Monteblanco farm in the Huila region of Colombia.

These special beans, grown on high-altitude mountain slopes, are processed using the natural fermentation (Natural Anaerobic) method, resulting in a unique aromatic intensity: a honey-sweet body , floral acidity , and a fruity finish .


Nectar ” takes its name from the honey-like texture that comes from the nature of coffee.

At Bratespresso, we roast this bean with a medium roast profile to preserve its original character. This ensures the ideal balance of sweetness, body, and acidity.

In every cup, you will encounter sweet citrus, bergamot and white chocolate notes offered by the rich soil of Colombia.

Brewing Recommendation (For V60)

  • Coffee: 18 g

  • Water: 270 ml (92–94°C)

  • Brewing Time: 2:30 – 3:00 minutes

  • Ratio: 1:15

With a fine grind and slow flow, you make the honey-like sweetness more pronounced.
