Colombia Lasflores (Washed)
Bratespresso Colombia Las Flores is made from special Arabica beans grown on the Las Flores farm, located at an altitude of 1700 meters in the Huila region of Colombia. The region's rich volcanic soil and ideal climatic conditions give this coffee a vibrant acidity, high aromatic intensity and natural sweetness.
This lot was prepared using the washed processing method. After fermentation, ripe coffee berries are washed with clean water and dried in the sun. This process gives the coffee a clear flavor profile, vibrant citrus acidity, and a clean finish. In the cup, notes of citrus, red apple, flower honey and cocoa are felt with an elegant balance.
Bratespresso Colombia Las Flores is roasted with a light-medium roast profile. In this way, the natural brightness of the coffee is preserved, and the aroma layers are revealed in a balanced way in filter, V60, Chemex and espresso brews. It offers a sweet, floral and long-lasting experience in every sip.
