Colombia Lasflores (Natural)
Bratespresso Colombia Las Flores is produced from select Arabica beans cultivated in the high altitude (1700 m) and tropical microclimate conditions of the Las Flores farm in the Huila region of Colombia. This special coffee brings the fruit character and sweet nature of the region to the cup.
This lot has been prepared using the natural processing method. The coffee berries, along with the pulp, are dried in the sun, and during this process, the natural sugars are absorbed by the beans. This method gives the coffee a deep sweetness, fruity intensity and rich aromatic profile. Red fruit, strawberry, mango, caramel and floral notes are vividly felt in every sip.
Bratespresso Colombia Las Flores is roasted with a light-medium roast profile. In this way, fruity sweetness remains at the forefront, while acidity and body are maintained in a balanced manner. The filter is ideal for V60, Chemex, and cold brew methods, and is also a great option for those who love fruity espresso profiles.

Use 92°C water to bring out the fruity intensity; pouring slowly will create a sweeter, more balanced cup.
