Brazil Sabia (Natural)

999.00TL

Bratespresso Brazilian Sabia is a special coffee grown in the rich soil of the Minas Gerais region and named after the melodic songbird of the region. Just like the bird's melody, this coffee stands out with its balanced, warm and soft aromas. It perfectly reflects the classic Brazilian profile with its sweet, nutty and chocolate tones.

This lot has been prepared using the natural processing method. Ripe coffee fruits are fermented by drying them in the sun along with the fruit pulp. This method preserves the natural sugar balance and body of the coffee, and ensures that hazelnut, cocoa, caramel and dried fruit notes become more pronounced in the cup.

Bratespresso Brazilian Sabia is prepared with a medium roast profile. Thanks to its low acidity and full body, it performs ideally in espresso, moka pot and filter coffee brewing. It offers a soft drink, a sweet finish and long lasting effect in every cup.
